Laugh and relax

Scones para um lanche verdadeiramente Inglês!

Ingredientes:
225 gr de farinha
40 gr de açúcar
1 ovo batido
1 colher de sopa de manteiga
6 colheres de sopa de leite
1 colher de chá cheia de fermento
1 pitada de sal

Preparação:

Peneira a farinha com o sal e o fermento. Junta a manteiga e os restantes ingredientes, misturando tudo rapidamente com as pontas dos dedos, sem amassar. Tende bolinhas e coloca-as num tabuleiro untado. Leva ao forno quente durante 10 a 15 minutos. Serve quentes com manteiga e compotas.
